Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ConfirmDesk ("the Service"), an outbound AI appointment-confirmation calling service. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ConfirmDesk places automated voice calls in Telugu, Hindi and English to confirm, reschedule or cancel appointments that customers have already booked with you, and reports the outcomes back to you. The Service is provided to businesses, not to consumers directly.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have a lawful basis and, where required, appropriate consent to contact each customer whose details you upload.
• You will use the Service only for genuine service/transactional confirmation calls tied to an existing appointment — not for marketing, promotional or unsolicited outreach.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of appointment data you provide and for complying with applicable telecom, consumer-protection and data-protection regulations.
• You will keep your account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to place fraudulent, deceptive, harassing or unlawful calls, to circumvent do-not-disturb / do-not-call obligations, or in any way that could damage the Service or others.

4. Fees

Fees consist of a one-time setup charge and a recurring monthly plan that includes a bundle of call-minutes, as agreed in your order. Overage, taxes and any third-party telecom charges may apply. All pricing shown on the website is a placeholder and subject to change until confirmed in your order.

5. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For customer personal data, we act as a processor on your documented instructions.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Call connectivity depends on third-party telecom networks outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and ConfirmDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost revenue arising from missed, delayed or misclassified calls. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the order. On termination we will cease processing and delete or return customer data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the seat specified in your order shall have jurisdiction.
